Physio Direct has been supporting rural communities for the past 13 years. We believe that everyone deserves access to quality physiotherapy services, regardless of location. Our company is built on the principles of providing exceptional care and fostering health and well-being in underserved areas. We're proud to support this running event, bringing our expertise and dedication to help participants stay fit and injury-free. Local Physio, Saqeef will be back again this year to assist with all those pre and post race niggles!

Glyn and Holly bring different perspectives, but are both passionate about local people and telling stories through their lens!
